Description

Forty-five minutes is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. If you want to know how and get more insights about our training, please click in the menu on “how it works”. You don’t have to bring anything except for your own drink and the heart rate sensor. If it is your first session with us, we will provide you with a sensor. To properly calibrate the system, please send your date of birth, height, and weight to [email protected] before the session. I will bring all other equipment and of course some motivational music. Please remember that we train outside in the park and there are no changing rooms on the premises. Within a radius of 100 meters, there are several restaurants that have not been complaining so far, when one of us had to go to the toilet. Since we don’t leave the training place, we have so far not had any problems with theft of our own valuables. Only in extremely bad weather conditions will we cancel the workouts.
