At GRITSpot we believe that group fitness can be effective and joyful. Forty-five minutes is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. We run, we jump, we do push-ups, we do burpees, we set our intention, and we break through boundaries. The best part: We do it together, as a community. Each functional exercise is explained in different forms and intensities so that you simply choose your intensity according to your fitness level. So don't be afraid and just try it out.
